❶ 窓際テーブルはお並びでお掛けいただく形となりまして4名様でのご予約以外は他のお客様とのご相席となります
❷ センターテーブルも4名様でのご予約以外は他のお客様との対面でのご相席となります
❸ スクリーンテーブルは2名様限定のお席とさせていただきますので1名様でのご予約はご遠慮くださいますようお願い申し上げます
◾️ご予約の際は必要事項と必ずご来店人数、ご来店日時をお間違いないようご入力いただき、下部の「確認へ進む」からご予約内容の確認後、「上記に同意して予約を確定する」をタップし、「ご予約申込の完了」までお願い致します
その後メールにて「ご予約内容のご確認」が届きましたらご予約が確定致します
◾️ご来店がご予約時間から10分を過ぎた場合はキャンセルとさせていただきます
例 12:00-13:00のご予約の場合 12:10を過ぎてご連絡がない場合は お待ちのお客様を優先的にご案内させていただきます

For example, if you make a reservation for 12:00-13:00, if we do not hear from you after 12:10, we will prioritize waiting customers. In the above case, your reservation arrival time will be 12:00. Please note that this is not a reservation for a visit between 12:00-13:00.

◾️02If you would like to use the service, we do not accept reservations, so please come without making a reservation. When you arrive If the restaurant is fully booked, you will have to wait.
◾️ If you make a reservation for cafemonochrome through the reservation page, we will basically guide you to the reserved seat, but if there is a seat available in 02 and there are no customers waiting, we can guide you to 02 if you wish.
◾️ When it is busy, we have a 1-hour system. When you make a reservation, we will assume that you have agreed to the above, so we ask for your understanding.
